The hawthorn in this formula reduces what’s called peripheral vascular resistance. In this way it helps the blood flow to the heart more freely, keeping it supplied with oxygen and beating regularly.

Meanwhile, garlic is a highly significant culinary and medicinal herb, its many antioxidant benefits verified by thousands of years of use. Scientific research indicates that garlic has remarkable cardiovascular action. Among other things, it has been shown in fact to reduce bad cholesterol.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water.

To avoid digestive upset, take with food/meal.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner before use:

if you have diabetes, stomach ulcers or inflammation, or gallstones;

if you are taking protease inhibitors, antiplatelet medication or blood thinners;

if you suffer from an immune system disorder (e.g. Crohn’s disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV/AIDS, etc.) or if you are taking immunosuppressants.

Do not take:

if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a bile duct obstruction.

Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.

When used beyond 3 months, dizziness, irritated skin, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
