WARNINGS

Cautions and warnings: Do not take additional vanadyl sulfate without consulting a health-care practitioner. Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or attempting to conceive; if you are hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam; if you have liver or gall-bladder disorder, bowel obstruction, or alcoholism; if you are taking acetaminophen; if you have acid reflux; or if you have stomach or intestinal ulcers.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. May cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes, reflux, or gastrointestinal disturbance. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of feeling of anxiety, sweating, paleness, chills, tremor, headache, dizziness, nausea, and/or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar or hypoglycemia.
