Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour and potassium sorbate.
Recommended dose:
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon twice daily, with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Risk information: Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day.
