Trophic’s patented Albion Chromium plus Vanadium, chelated with natural amino acids, provides superior biological activity or bioavailability and absorption. Chromium is an essential trace mineral that plays a critical role in the human system’s glucose tolerance factor (GTF) structure. This structure is responsible for balancing blood-sugar and insulin levels, which ensures a more efficient transportation system for glucose (fuel for metabolic processes) and amino acids into cellular structures. Vanadium, another trace mineral, has the ability to mimic the function of insulin and thus creates a powerful anabolic and stimulating effect.
