Passionflower org. aerial parts Passiflora incarnata 47 mg
Oats org. aerial parts Avena sativa 47 mg
Catnip org. aerial parts Nepeta cataria 47 mg
Valerian org. root Valeriana officinalis 47 mg
Chamomile org. flowers Matricaria recutita 47 mg
Non medicinal ingredient: Vegetable cellulose capsules
Dosage
Adults: Take 3 or 4 capsules, one hour before bedtime, for 6 weeks.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not take with other sedatives. Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or hypersensitive to plants from the Asteraceae family.
