Divine Essence - Chamomile-Roman
Commonly known as “chamomile,” Roman chamomile is used for culinary, cosmetic and medicinal purposes, and particularly in tisanes. Its essential oil is precious as approximately 100kg of flowers are required to produce between 400ml and 900ml of the oil.
Chamomile – Roman essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its calming, sedative and antispasmodic properties. It helps relieve stress, insomnia, headaches and migraines.

Posology
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
