Follow the instructions of a public official in the event of a nuclear emergency. Take just before or soon after exposure to radioactive iodine.

Suggested Use

For children under 6 years, crush or dissolve the tablet in food or drink before consuming, do not let the child swallow the tablet whole.

2 months to 3 months : Take half a tablet daily

4 to 18 years : Take one (1) tablet daily

18 years and over: Take 2 tablets daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Take daily until threat has passed, as directed by public authorities.

Precautions and Warning

Contraindications

Do not use if allergic or sensitive to iodine, dermatitis herpetiformis, hypocomplementemic vasculitis, or hyperthyroidism. More iodate or potassium iodide will not help and may increase the risk of serious side effects.

Side effects
