DOSAGE

Adults: Mix 1 level scoop (scoop included) with 250ml of water, or your choice of beverage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

Ensure you drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise.
