CalMag liquid from Genestra is a great tasting way to replenish 600 mg of Calcium carbonate, 100 IU of Vitamin D along with 300 mg of magnesium per dose.
Added are therapeutic dosages of vitamins D and K to help develop and maintain bones and help absorbption.
The perfect ratio of Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium for optimal absorption and digestion in a tasty vanilla format.
Ingredients
2.5 mcg/1000 IU Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)
500 mg Calcium (calcium citrate)
200 mg Magnesium (magnesium citrate)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, xylitol, natural raspberry flavour, citric acid, xanthan gum, stevia leaf extract (glucosylsteviosides), potassium sorbate, medium chain triglycerides (emulsifier / emulsion stabilizer), rosemary leaf extract (antioxidant), natural mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
Dosage
Adults: Take one tablespoon daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medication, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use.
