CalMag liquid from Genestra is a great tasting way to replenish 600 mg of Calcium carbonate, 100 IU of Vitamin D along with 300 mg of magnesium per dose.
Added are therapeutic dosages of vitamins D and K to help develop and maintain bones and help absorbption.
The perfect ratio of Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium for optimal absorption and digestion in a tasty vanilla format.
Each 15 ml contains:
2.5 mcg/1000 IU Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)
40 mcg Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone)
60 mcg Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7)
500 mg Calcium (calcium citrate)
200 mg Magnesium (magnesium citrate)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, xylitol, natural vanilla flavour, citric acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, stevia leaf extract (glucosylsteviosides)
Naturally derived from fermented soybeans.
Dosage
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
