Vegan plant-sourced glucosamine addresses joint discomfort associated with the breakdown of cartilage. Glucosamine is a building block of cartilage and synovial fluid (the thick fluid that cushions the joints) and so provides structural help as well as relief of joint pain over the long term.
For people who are allergic to seafood, taking pure vegan glucosamine is a safe form of joint support, without the risk of an allergic reaction.
Ingredients & Dosage
Medicinal ingredients (per 1/2 teaspoon):
Glucosamine hydrochloride
(2-Amino-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranose hydrochloride) 1,500.0 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose
Recommended dose
Adults: 1/2 teaspoon (1500mg) − 2/3 teaspoon (2000mg) once a day
