Recommended Use: Source of essential amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Source of protein which helps build and repair body tissues and helps build antibodies.
Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (23 grams) of BioPure Protein with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not mix with pineapples or papayas as their enzymes may deactivate the protein. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
