Dosage

Adult

Take 5 capsules twice daily with food and wait 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications. Avoid taking just before bedtime. Drink enough fluid. If you take Healthy Colon Plus without enough fluid it could cause choking and / or esophageal blockage / obstruction of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the first thing and sometimes after 2 to 3 days.

Precautions

Do not use if you are pregnant or still nursing; If you have swallowing disorders, diabetes, weakened immune system, if you have seen changes in your intestinal habits for more than 2 weeks in the case of undiagnosed rectal bleeding or if taking another laxative, if you had resulted in no defecation.

Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you have chest pain, vomiting, or have difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
