Medicinal ingredients:

Each vegetable capsule contains

PharmaGABA gamma-aminobutyric acid : 50 mg Inositol: 325 mg 

Magnesium (bisglycinate): 50 mg 

Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata , head): 32 mg 4:1 extract, equiv. 128 mg 

Jujube ( Ziziphus jujuba , fruit): 25 mg 20:1 extract, equiv. 500 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients:

Rice bran ( Oryza sativa )*, rice hull powder ( Oryza sativa )*, gum arabic*, sunflower oil*, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Instructions:

Adults (19 years and older) – Take 2 capsules daily.
