Each tablespoon 15ml contains

Glucosamine sulfate: 750 mg(from crab/lobster/shrimp exoskeleton)

Glucosamine hydrochloride (from crab/shrimp exoskeleton): 450 mg

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane): 240 mg

Hydrolyzed collagen (fish): 180 mg

Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata): 720 mg(1:10 extract, equiv. 72mg)

Cat's claw bark (Uncaria tomentosa): 600 mg(1:10 extract, equiv. 60 mg)

Sarsaparilla root (Similax officinalis): 600 mg(1:10 extract, equiv. 60 mg)

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 200 IU/5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Purified water, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, natural apple flavour, caramel colour, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, stevia.

Directions

Adults (19 years and older): Take 1-2 tablespoons daily with meals.
