Pour 1 ½ cups of boiling water over the tea bag and let steep for 15 minutes. Drink hot or cold. Keep the unused portion in the refrigerator. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day, as needed. It is recommended to start by drinking small quantities, ½ to 1 cup per day for a few days and increase dose if needed.
