Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, mushroom) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Dosage
Adults: Take 3.2 ml (96 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
