St-Francis Lemon Balm
Lemon Balm is used for promoting digestion and stimulating the appetite, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. It is also effective as a mild tranquilizer and as an antispasmodic. In addition, Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.
Melissa officinalis
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and also to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
