Withania somnifera
Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age; as a sleep aid; to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative); for memory enhancement.
Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and "adaptogen", increasing resistance to environmental stress.
Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol
