Ingredients
Each tablespoon (15 ml) contains:
Medicinal Ingredients:
- Calories 5 mg - Sodium 40
- Carbohydrates 1 g
- Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 100 IU
- Calcium (calcium carbonate) 600 mg
- Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide 300 mg)
- Stevia, leaf ( Stevia rebaudiana ) 4 mg Standardized extract (90% stevioside)
Other Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, peppermint oil, potassium sorbate, stevia leaf powder.
Recommended dosage:
Bone Health: 2-3 tbsp daily
Antacid: 1 tbsp with meals or every four hours as needed
Muscle Cramps/Spasms: 2 tbsp
Prenatal/Nursing Mothers: 2 tbsp 2-3x daily
Pre/Post Labor: 2 tbsp every hour as needed
Stress/Anxiety: 2 tbsp daily
Sleep/Relaxation: 2 tbsp before bed
Children: 1-2 tsp
