Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Rhodiola rosea (rhodiola) root 100 mg of a 10-20:1 extract standardized to 3% rosavins; Ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil) leaf 50 mg of a 6:1 extract standardized to 1.5% ursolic acid; Schisandra chinensis (schisandra) fruit 50 mg; pantothenic acid 45 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg; Borago officinalis (borage) seed oil 15 mg standardized to 10% gamma linolenic acid; magnesium (citrate) 10 mg; thiamine (mononitrate) 10 mg; potassium (citrate) 5 mg; riboflavin 5 mg; vitamin B6 5 mg; zinc (citrate) 5 mg and fungal protease (from Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus var. oryzae) 2 mg.
Nonmedicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, licorice, magnesium stearate, beetroot red and bentonite.
Recommended Use
Dosage (adults): Take 1 capsule twice daily with food a few hours before/after taking other medications. Do not take immediately before bedtime. For prolonged use, consult a practitioner.
