Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per 1 tablespoon (15 ml):
Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate, and magnesium sulfate) - 250 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, polysorbate 20, stevia rebaudiana leaf, peppermint flavour.
Recommended dose
Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1-2 time(s) per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake vigorously before using.
