Chamomile Herbal Tea This herbal tea made from pure chamomile is ideal for relaxing or falling asleep.
This flower with sedative properties helps relieve minor insomnia and nervous agitation.
It is advisable to take one if you feel the negative effects of stress or nervousness.
Recommended dose
Children 2-4 years old: 1 sachet 1 to 2 times a day.
Adolescents 5-14 years: 1 sachet 1 to 3 times a day.
Adults and adolescents 15 and over: 1 sachet 2 to 3 times a day.
Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the sachet and infuse for 4 to 6 minutes
