Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, calcium silicate, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
Recommended Dose:Adults take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use: Helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
