EnduraStrength by Omega Alpha is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help temporarily relieve symptoms of stress (such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness) and improve mental and physical performance after periods of mental and physical exertion.
Combing five key ingredients, EnduraStrength contains North American Ginseng Root, Astragalus Root and Ashwagandha Root among others. The ginsengs are adaptogenic herbs, meaning that they help the body adapt and cope during stressful mental times and during recovery from illness and fatigue.
Astragalus is the most common adaptogenic herb for stress while Ashwagandha is known as an ayurvedic herb for its ability to help the adrenal and nervous system.
This Green Apple flavoured EnduraStrength from Omega Alpha’s is designed to support stress, stamina and mental fatigue.
Ingredients
525 mg Panax quinquefolius (North American Ginseng Root)
460 mg Eleutherococcus senticosus (Eleuthero Root/Siberian Ginseng Root)
225 mg Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus Root)
375 mg Codonopsis pilosula (Bellflower Root)
150 mg Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha Root)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Purified water, Benzoic acid (buffered), Citric acid, Natural apple concentrate, Potassium sorbate, Stevia.
Dosage
Adults: Loading Dose: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL), once per day for one week or one hour before activity.
Maintenance Dose: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL), once per day as required.
Can be mixed with juice or water.
Shake well before use.
Important Information
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have high blood pressure.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an auto-immune disorder, acute infection, diabetes, taking blood thinners or digoxin.
Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
