Magnesium and potassium are of course two such electrolytes, so Active Mag supplies biologically active forms of them to support not only energy genesis at the cellular level but also muscle performance (including the all-important heart, to help protect against cardiac arrhythmias) and nervous-system function (specifically, nerve-pulse conduction).
Although not technically an electrolyte itself, the third component, taurine, does help maintain electrolyte balance (through its roles in "osmoregulation"). Moreover, it also helps counteract muscle swelling immediately after exercise, and works with calcium to help muscles contract (known as "contractile function").

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Taurine (2‑aminoethanesulfonic acid): 375 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate): 70 mg
Potassium (from potassium chloride): 25 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Suggested Usage:
Adults: take one capsule four times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
