Dosage

Lymphatic Cleanse Formula:
Adults: Take 5 ml (1 tsp) once each morning in a little water on an empty stomach.
Kidney Cleanse Formula:
Adults: Take 5 ml (1 tsp) once before bedtime in a little water on an empty stomach.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.
Liver Tonic Tea:
Adults: Consume once each morning or divide throughout the day.

Pour 250 - 500 ml of boiling water over 1 tbsp (15 ml) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea each morning. Alternatively, pour 250 - 500 ml of boiling water over 1 tsp (5 ml) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea three times per day.
Bowel Cleanse Formula:
Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons each evening with 150 ml liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar beverage) and take on an empty stomach.

Stir briskly and drink immediately.

Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products.

Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take2-3 days. in addition, maintain adequate fluid intake.
