Nova Scotia Organics Finally, Sleep! formula is a non-addictive, gentle treatment for mild sleep problems. It contains Valerian, Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Ashwaganda for a safe approach to help you have restorative, healthy sleep.
Recommended Dosage:
(Adults) Take 2 caplets 1 hour before bedtime.
Medicinal Ingredients: Organic Valerian root, Organic Ashwagandha root, Organic Chamomile flower and Organic Lemon Balm leaf.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Organic evaporated cane sugar, Organic Jerusalem Artichoke and Organic carnauba wax.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use is your are preganant or breast feeding or if symptoms persist or worsen.
Consumption with alcohol, other medicationjs or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
