What does Cal-Mag Plus do?
It helps to develop and maintain bones and teeth. A factor in maintaining good health.
Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Calcium (calcium citrate) - 400 mg
- Magnesium (Magnesium Citrate) - 200 mg
- Vitamin D3, 500 IU - 12.5 mcg
- Silicon (Sodium metasilicate) - 10 mg
- Zinc (Zinc Citrate) - 10 mg
- Manganese (Manganese sulphate) - 2.5 mg
- Copper (Copper Gluconate) - 1 mg
- Boron (Sodium Borate) - 300 mcg
- Chromium (chromium polynicotinate) - 200 mcg
- Selenium (Sodium selenite) - 50 mcg
- Vanadium (Vanadyl sulfate) - 50 mcg
Dosage regimen
Adult: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) twice a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Shake well before use.
