Hops, passionflower and valerian are traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid.
Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients per 1 tablespoon (15 ml):
Albizia julibrissin (silktree flower) - 300 mg
Biota orientalis, syn. Platycladus orientalis (arborvitae seed) - 200 mg
Humulus lupulus (hops strobile) - 200 mg
Passiflora incarnata (passionflower herb top) - 300 mg
Reynoutria multiflora, syn. Polygonum multiflorum (fleeceflower stem) - 150 mg
Valeriana officinalis (valerian root) - 100 mg
Ziziphus jujuba (jujube fruit) - 400 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, stevia rebaudiana leaf, polysorbate 20, cherry and peppermint flavours.
