It is a perfect blend of the natural benefits of birch, blackcurrant, and senna.

Birch and blackcurrant, long recognized in herbal medicine, act as diuretics, helping to effectively eliminate toxins and waste from the body. Senna, meanwhile, offers fast, temporary relief from occasional constipation by acting as a stimulant laxative.

Together, these natural ingredients create a detoxifying and purifying herbal tea, offering a gentle solution to cleanse the body and promote a sense of well-being.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS) : 

Take 1 dose (1 packet) at bedtime.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the packet and steep for 5 to 15 minutes in a covered container.

Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products.

 Ensure adequate fluid intake.

Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects.

Take 2 to 3 times per week.

If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to 1 dose per day.

370mg Betula pendula (Birch) leaf ;

150mg Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) flowering top ;

230mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root;

300mg Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant) leaf ;

450mg Senna alexandrina (Senna) leaf . 

DURATION OF USE : 

For occasional use only.

PRECAUTIONS/WARNINGS : 

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen;

prior to use: if you have fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever; if you are taking products containing NSAIDs, acetylsalicylic acid or other salicylates, blood thinners, or if you have a blood clotting disorder; if you have asthma. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhea.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : 

Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes; if you are taking diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, any other medication or health product that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you have hypokalemia (low potassium), heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema (swelling of the hands, face, or feet); if you have diarrhea; if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates. 

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS :  

Hypersensitivity may occur.

If this occurs, discontinue use.

Stop use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart rhythms, and/or difficulty breathing. Keep out of reach of children.
