Close to the sweet almond in its functions but more greedy with the smell and more penetrating, this oil is a good all-rounder in cosmetics. It is particularly moisturizing for the skin as well as for hair and nails.
It is a massage oil very appreciated by lovers of this art, because its texture and flavor make it a very valuable treatment. Some fans remove their make-up with macadamia oil on a damp sponge that has been wrung out so soft it is. And to encourage children to try new things, a few drops on ice cream or toast instead of butter always delight.
Composition at a glance:
A little more than three-quarters of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9s, including palmitoleic acid, which is very moisturizing, and oleic acid). About one tenth of saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid).

Make-up removal: Soak a moistened and wrung out wipe or sponge with a few drops of macadamia vegetable oil. Apply gently to the face and rub gently to remove make-up. Rinse with hydrosol, tonic lotion or mineral water.
