Black cumin seed pressure (nigella)
The oil of the elite in ancient Egypt, which Mohammed later said was "cured of everything but death. A spicy-flavoured ingredient of choice for skin care for more acute skin problems such as acne, psoriasis or shingles. Alone or as a dermo-cosmetic ingredient. His secret? Its aromatic compounds (including thymoquinone) which make it particularly active and yet very well tolerated.

Tips & Tricks
Once or twice a week, massage the head with 1 to 3 tablespoons of black cumin oil. Heat the oil in your hands and massage the scalp. Leave under a warm towel for at least 1 hour and up to an entire night. Rinse with a mild shampoo free of sulfates, silicones and ethoxylated materials.

Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day. Helps to strengthen the body's natural defences. Promotes digestion. Source of essential fatty acids.
Cosmetic use: Suitable for dry, irritated or cracked skin. Use in case of hair loss (friction).
