Ingredients
Each level tablespoon (15 mL) contains: Fibersol™-2 (Digestion Resistant Maltodextrin) 6 g

Adult Dosage:
Mix 2 level tablespoons daily in 1 cup (250 mL) of water or other beverage to supplement your meal. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.
