Zen Meditation essential oil blend is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic.
Add a few drops in a diffuser, in a bath by diluting them with any unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath, etc.) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier which is a dispersant of essential oils in water (perfect for bath, DIY body mists and room sprays).
Important: Read the dosage below.
Warning: Never add essential oils directly to your bath water, they are not water soluble as the drops will simply float on the water creating a surface layer of oil which can cause irritation skin. Remember to use essential oils sparingly as they are very powerful.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or to a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.

In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or contact a poison control center.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a healthcare professional before use.
May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. respiratory tract irritation), in which case discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use.
Avoid exposing the treated area to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application.
