INTENDED USES: Vitamin D supplementation, when combined with adequate calcium, a balanced diet, and regular exercise, may diminish the risk of osteoporosis development in individuals with vitamin D deficiency. Additionally, it aids in preventing vitamin D deficiency.

- Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if taking other vitamin D supplements, multivitamins with vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if taking prescription medications, including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics.
- Adequate daily intake is 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D for most individuals.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner to assess the need for additional vitamin D before using this product.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if experiencing hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.
Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if early symptoms of hypercalcemia, such as weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination, or muscle weakness occur. Report any other side effects promptly.
