Dosage
Adult: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily.
Using tips from our naturopath : while doing a physical activity, to replace electrolytes lost through sweat, add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of land art mineralex to your drink.Replace sweetened and colored sports drinks with a mix juice/water, a pinch of salt and a dose of mineralex.
