Recommended Dose (Adults):
1 sachet (1.5g) 3 times per day in infusion. (Infuse 1 sachet in 150 ml of boiling water for 10-15 minutes).
Medicinal Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g of dried aerial parts of Melissa officinalis L. (melissa).
Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
