Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose, stearic acid (veg), magnesium stearate (veg), and silicon dioxide.
Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Caution: Do not use if you are taking antibiotics, or nitroglycerin. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.
