Vitamins and minerals in spirulina include vitamins A, B, C, D, and E, as well as critical trace elements such as chromium, magnesium, and zinc.

Directions of Use
Adults ≥ 19 years old: Take 4 capsules three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
