Ingredients:
Blanched Almond Flour, Erythritol, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate), Sea Salt
DOSAGE
1 bag makes an entire 8x8" pan of cake, or 8 cupcakes. You will need 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup vegetable oil OR1/2 cup butter (melted).
1. PREHEAT oven to 350F and GREASE pan, or line with parchment paper.
2. MIX KETO VANILLA CAKE Mix, water, eggs and oil (or melted butter) in large bowl with mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand for 2 minutes. Pour into 8x8" pan.
3. BAKE for approximately 22-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
