Anti-Stress - Essential Oil
Anti-Stress combines our most relaxing and calming essential oils to alleviate nervousness and mild anxiety. Sweet Orange, Lavandin Super and Red Mandarin relax and calm the body to promote rest and sleep. The fresh scent of Lemon and Exotic Verbena combines with the rustic fragrance of Spanish Marjoran to provide the perfect finishing touch to a relaxing complex that restores your equilibrium when life is spinning out of control. Used during a massage, in the bath or inhaled, Anti-Stress is the perfect antidote to life’s daily stresses.
The Anti-Stress essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy to help calm the nerves. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in a bath by diluting them with a neutral base. It can also be used for massage therapy when diluted with a carrier oil.
Posology
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage : Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.

Warning
For external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Keep out of reach of children.
If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
May cause allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis and/or irritation of the respiratory tract); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Do not use on inflamed skin or in the event of dermatitis. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight for 24 to 48 hours. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
