Iodine (from Potassium Iodide) 56.25 mcg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide and Aquamin® TG Sea Minerals)125 mg
Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 50 mcg
Molybdenum (from Sodium Molybdate) 25 mcg
Potassium (from Potassium Chloride) 25 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), White Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
