In addition, because Glucomannan helps to promote satiety (feeling of fullness), it can be an effective addition to a weight management plan that includes a healthy diet and exercise program.
Directions for Glucomannane 180 capsules :
Adult : Take 3 capsules, 2-3 times daily with at least 8 oz, of water 30-45 minutes before meals. Taking this product with insuficient liquid may result in cloking and/or blockage of the thoat, esophagus or intestine. Do not take immediately before goig to bed. For use beyond 4 weeks consult a healthcare practitioner.
Directions for Glucomannane 227 g Powder :
Adult : Take ¼ teaspoon 3 times daily. For each gram of glucomannan, mix with at least 240 mL liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take ½ to 1 hour before meals. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or esophageal blockage/obstruction of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
