Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Passionflower   ( Passiflora incarnata , 4:1 extract) 250 mg equivalent to 1000 mg dried herb tops,  

California poppy  ( Eschscholzia californica , 4  : 1 extract) 175 mg equivalent to 700 mg dried herb tops,  

Lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis , 4:1 extract) 175 mg equivalent to 700 mg dried herb tops. 

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose.

Dosage

Dosage (adults 18 years and older) : Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Do not use if you are pregnant.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding.

Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists for more than 4 weeks.

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and/or with analgesic properties.
