Chromium - 550 mcg (Chromium (III) Chloride)l
Magnesium - 25 mg (Concentrated Desalinated Inland Sea Water from the Great Salt Lake, Utah) - 243 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, potassium benzoate
Recommended Dose (Adults): Shake Well. Using the meter dropper, take 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) daily with juice or food, to mask the taste of concentrated minerals.
Refrigeration is not required.
