Magnesium Glycinate, provided by Douglas Laboratories, supplies 100 mg. of elemental magnesium from a magnesium glycinate/chelate complex in an easy to swallow tablet.
What does Magnesium Glycinate do?
Magnesium plays an essential role in a wide range of fundamental cellular reactions. More than 300 enzymes require magnesium as a cofactor. Two thirds of the body's magensium content is located in the skeleton. Recent scientific studies show that magnesium supplementation of ovariectomized animals, a model for postmenopausal women, not only promotes bone formation while increasing its dynamic strength, but also prevents bone resorption.
Magnesium Glycinate may be a useful dietary adjunct for individuals wishing to supplement their diet with magesium glycinate.

Magnesium (Magnesium glycinate) 100 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, carnuba wax, silica, ascorbyl palmitate, tablet coating (polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, talc).
