Zinc holds a position of paramount importance among trace elements in human nutrition, playing a vital role in immune-system function and the signaling pathways essential for gene expression.
For adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are on other medications, ensure a few hours' separation between their intake and this product.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. The formula is free from gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings:
- Consult a health-care practitioner before use in case of liver disorder or iron deficiency.
- Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms of liver trouble arise, such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite.
