Magnesium (Aquamin, citrate) 200 mg
Potassium (citrate) 20 mg
Boron (citrate) 350 mcg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 500IU/12.5mcg
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 20 mcg
†Aquamin is a marine-sourced calcium and magnesium derived from the red-algae Lithothamnion calcareum of Iceland.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour and potassium sorbate.
Recommended dose:
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon twice daily, with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Risk information: Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day.
