Product Description:
Raspberry leaf herbal tea
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a uterine tonic; as a supportive agent in normal childbirth; as an astringent to help relieve diarrhea.
Recommended dose (adults): 1 tea bag (1.5g) , 1-3 times daily (1 tea bag in one cup of boiling water for 5 minutes)
Medicinal ingredient (per unit dose): Raspberry (rubus idaeus, leaf) 1.5g
Duration of use: Not recommended for long term use.
Cautions and warnings
Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have hormone sensitive conditions, such as breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids.
Contra-indications: Do not use: in pregnancy prior to 32 weeks gestation; if you have iron deficiency anemia or inflammation or ulceration of the gastro-intestinal tract; if you have a history of precipitate labor.
Known adverse reactions: May stimulate uterine contractions. Keep out of reach of children.
